The combination of cooling coconut water, coconut milk, and zesty Ginger Lemongrass Simple Syrup will chill you out on the hottest of days.

Ingredients

1 oz Social Mixers Ginger Lemongrass Simple Syrup
3/4 oz coconut water
1/4 oz lime juice
1/4 oz coconut milk
1 oz Club Soda

Directions

In a shaker filled with ice, add Ginger Lemongrass Syrup, coconut water, lime juice, and coconut milk.
Vigorously shake for approximately 15 seconds.
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Strain mocktail over ice.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with lime and mint (optional).
