Hibiscus Rosehip Sparkler (non-alcoholic)
This non-alcoholic Hibiscus Rosehip Sparkler combines tart and fruity syrup with fresh lime juice for a lovely pairing on a hot day. The sparkle comes from club soda but you can really use any fizzy water.
1 oz (or 2 Tbsp) Social Mixers Hibiscus Rosehip Botanical Syrup
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice (approximately half a lime)
- Optional lime wheel for garnish
Fill a glass with ice, set aside.
In a shaker or mason jar: combine ice, hibiscus rosehip syrup, and lime juice.
Vigorously shake for 10-20 seconds.
Strain shaker contents into your glass.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with lime wheel (optional).
