This Hibiscus Rosehip Whiskey Sour Recipe is a great variation of a classic sour cocktail.
While the egg white is optional, it adds a really nice creamy mouthfeel and richness to the cocktail.
Hibiscus Rosehip Whiskey Sour
The Hibiscus Rosehip syrup has a natural sourness that when combined with lemon juice, plays oh so nice with whiskey.
2 oz Whiskey
3/4 oz Social Mixers Hibiscus Rosehip Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- Egg White (optional)
Fill rocks glass halfway with ice. Set aside.
Add whiskey, lemon juice, Hibiscus Rosehip Simple Syrup, and egg white (optional) to a shaker.
Dry shake ingredients without ice for 30 seconds.
Add ice to shaker, then shake for another 10-15 seconds.
Strain into rocks glass.
Garnish with orange slice.
