We made this recipe extra special by switching out plain sugar for Lemon Rosemary Botanical Syrup. Rosemary complements the mint and who doesn’t love the combo of lemon-lime?

Ingredients

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Social Mixers Lemon Rosemary Botanical Syrup
8 Leaves Fresh Mint
2 oz White Rum
1 oz Club Soda

Directions

In a highball glass, gently muddle mint leaves with lime juice and Lemon Rosemary Syrup.
Add 2 oz White Rum to glass.
Add ice to glass.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with fresh mint and lime wedge.
