        Lemon Rosemary Mojito

        Lemon Rosemary Mojito

Whether it’s the steamiest summer daysday, a mojito hits the spot. The freshness of mint with sweetness of rum and botanical syrup can shift you to a pleasant state of mind.

Tall glass with Elderflower Cucumber Vodka Cocktail, garnished with a long slice of cucumber. A bottle of Elderflower Thyme Syrup is in the back right corner.

        Elderflower Cucumber Vodka Cooler

This refreshing cocktail is perfect for a hot day on the patio. We started with one of our favorite teas, Summer by Well Rooted Teas. This tea is made from Elderflowers and Tulsi (also known as Holy Basil) and pairs beautifully with our Elderflower Thyme Syrup and Vodka. This is a terrific cocktail to batch for a crowd!

Rose French 75 cocktail in champagne flute. Bottle of rose syrup and Hendriks gin in background.

        Rose French 75

It’s impossible not to feel classy when drinking a classic French 75 cocktail. The champagne flute, the gin, the bubbly, it all just comes together so beautifully. And this version of the classic cocktail recipe is festive and fun with rose simple syrup and sparkling rosé float.

Don’t have sparkling rosé? Champagne or Prosecco work beautifully.

Hibiscus Rosehip Daiquiri in coupe-style glass with lime wheel garnish.

        Hibiscus Rosehip Daiquiri

Growing up in Southeast Louisiana, I thought that daiquiris were frozen concoctions that only came out of machines and were often purchased at a drive-thru. My first classic daiquiri experience did not occur until I was well into my 20’s. If you have yet to experience the tart refreshment that is a classic daiquiri, there is no better time than the present.

(Yes, drive-thru daiquiris. Common in Louisiana, these are small buildings that sell frozen daiquiris via drive-thru. No, you cannot drink while driving!)
